The rules for using this site, written to be read rather than skipped.
1. Independence
ColombiaAirports.com is an independent airport information and travel service. It is not the official website of any Colombian airport, and it is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or connected to any airport, airport operator, Aerocivil, Migración Colombia, or any Colombian government entity. Airport names, codes and locations are used for identification only. All third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
2. Current status of the service
As of the date above, this website provides information only. Transfer booking is not open, no reservations are being accepted, and no payments are being taken. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell transport services until booking is publicly opened and full booking terms are published.
3. Information is guidance, not official advice
We work to keep information accurate, to cite sources for facts that change, and to label approximate figures as approximate. Entry rules, airline routes, terminal arrangements and airport operators change, and we don't control them. Always confirm entry requirements with Migración Colombia and Cancillería, flight and terminal details with your airline or the airport, and fares with the official source before you rely on them. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here.
4. How transfers will work
When booking opens, ground transportation will be performed by independent Colombian transport companies that hold the authorizations required to provide it. The network acts as the booking, coordination and customer-support layer. We do not own vehicles and do not employ drivers. The transport company is responsible for operating the vehicle, its drivers' conduct and licensing, insurance, and compliance with Colombian transport regulation. We are responsible for the accuracy of the booking, the price we quote, assigning a qualified company, and supporting you if something goes wrong.
5. Bookings, prices and cancellations
Once booking opens, quoted prices will be fixed at the time of booking for the route, vehicle class and options selected, and displayed in Colombian pesos. Any amount shown in another currency is an approximate conversion; the transaction is processed in pesos and your bank's rate applies. Full booking, cancellation, refund, waiting-time and no-show terms will be presented before any payment is taken. Your rights under Colombian consumer law, including the Estatuto del Consumidor, are not affected.
6. Partner and operator enquiries
Submitting a partner or transport-company enquiry doesn't create a contract or any obligation on either side. Commercial terms will be agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You may use this site for personal or business travel planning. You may not scrape, republish or systematically copy our content; misrepresent your identity; interfere with the site's operation or security; or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, maps and original graphics on this site belong to ColombiaAirports.com unless stated otherwise. Map outlines are derived from Natural Earth public-domain data. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
9. Third-party links
We link to official airport, government and airline sources and other services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Questions: contact us.
